Welcome to Livermore
California's oldest wine region, offering ideal residential living paired with the latest amenities
Livermore is a thriving Bay Area city blessed with a breathtaking landscape. Outside California, most people who have heard of Livermore know it as a hub for vineyards and wineries. Historically, Livermore is one of California’s longest-tenured wine regions, and today, it is home to over 50 wineries. To visit Livermore is to experience a visually stunning mixture of upscale suburbs, commercial areas, and green spaces.
Thanks in part to its wineries, the city has a rich history and is home to many beautiful homes and buildings. The city’s Downtown area is its epicenter for retail and fine dining. In the context of the Bay Area, Livermore is a very convenient location with excellent accessibility to San Francisco, Oakland, and San Jose. The homes in Livermore are mostly luxurious single-family residences (however, townhomes are also typically available). Besides hillside estates, the best real estate in Livermore is in exclusive neighborhoods dotted with cul de sacs, lined with trees, and bathed in tranquility.
