At 5 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 13, a section of St. Patrick Way between Golden Gate Drive and Regional Street closes to cars. Food vendors, artisan tables and live music take over the street until 9 p.m. That makes it the fourth and final Night Market at St. Pat's Row this year. It is also the first season finale where the market's closest neighbor is a 27,000-square-foot supermarket with a Korean food hall.
That neighbor is the reason the City gave for the bigger season. For four hours on Nov. 13, the market shares its block with a permanent anchor that keeps serving food after the booths pack up.
The City Added a Night and Said Why
The Night Market started in 2025 with three Friday dates: Sept. 26, Oct. 24 and Nov. 21. This year the City moved the start into summer and ran four: Aug. 21, Sept. 25, Oct. 23 and Nov. 13.
In its August 13, 2026 announcement, the City said the market "drew strong community support in its first year." It added that "with H-Mart now open next door, the City expects even more foot traffic this season." The City planned this season with the store next door in mind.
The finale also comes earlier on the calendar. Last year's last market fell the Friday before Thanksgiving week. This year it's Nov. 13, a week sooner, so the evening is a little less likely to collide with holiday travel and hosting.
What Moved In Next Door
H Mart opened on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 7884 Dublin Blvd. in the Dublin Retail Center. Pleasanton Weekly reported that it was the chain's first East Bay store and came after more than four years of development. The building used to be an Orchard Supply Hardware. Progressive Grocer described the store as more than 27,000 square feet, with the food hall taking up about a third of it.
On opening day, the line started forming shortly before 7 a.m. Pleasanton Weekly noted that the next-closest H Mart was in San Jose. Dublin Mayor Sherry Hu told the paper the store would "provide jobs, taxes and also they bring visitors over." Bringing visitors over is the same thing the City is counting on for the Night Market.
The food hall has six counters:
- Oh K-Dog & Egg Toast
- Kyodong Noodles
- Chodang
- BBQ Chicken
- Daeho
- Tous Les Jours
Pleasanton Weekly reported before the opening that regular store hours would be 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Those hours were announced seven months ago, so check them before you count on that last hour.
Two Menus on One Block
The market and the food hall work on different schedules. That's what makes Nov. 13 more than a one-venue night.
| Night Market at St. Pat's Row | H Mart food hall | |
|---|---|---|
| When | Friday, Nov. 13, 5 to 9 p.m. | Daily, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. per pre-opening reports |
| Where | St. Patrick Way between Golden Gate Drive and Regional Street | 7884 Dublin Blvd., Dublin Retail Center |
| What changes | Vendors rotate, and no 2026 roster has been posted | Six fixed counters |
| After Nov. 13 | Off until the City sets a 2027 schedule | Same as any other week |
The bottom row matters most. When the street reopens to cars at the end of the night, the market's draw is gone until next year. The food hall stays. A family that tries Daeho or Kyodong Noodles because the market got them onto that block can come back on any ordinary Tuesday.
What Last Year's Finale Looked Like
The City's 2026 announcement lists dates, not vendors. The best preview is the lineup Patch published ahead of the 2025 finale. It's last year's roster, so treat it as a guide to the kind of evening, not a promise of who will be there on the 13th.
The 2025 finale featured Fremont funk and jazz band Stratify, along with cultural performances, family games and outdoor dining. The hot-food list covered a lot of ground:
- D for Dosa and Halal Bites of Chicago
- Cousin's Maine Lobster and Smash It Up Burger
- Fratelli's Pizza, Fonsecos Food Truck and 3 Brother's Kitchen
- CTKEmpanadas, Yummy Kitchen and GIM Belly
- Auntie Viv's Shave Ice, Lemon Squeeze-e, Fairy Bites and Nana Bear's Donuts
There were also take-home tables. Wolfsen's Meat & Sausage, California Cookie Company, Cocobai, Veda Bites and Pound Bizness sold specialty foods. Makers included Handmade Rock Art, Orsea Illustrated, Julielle Jewelry and Dokb Studio, and the San Ramon Valley Rotary Club ran a succulent pumpkin and slime booth. With the holidays a few weeks out, the craft tables at a November market can double as early gift shopping.
The City still runs the market. Its vendor application asked for food concessions, arts and crafts, activity booths, Dublin businesses and nonprofits. Expect that same mix in 2026, with new names in the booths. At the Oct. 23 market, a Patch community listing invited visitors to meet Mayor Sherry Hu at 6 p.m.
Planning the Evening
The street closure and the new foot traffic both point to leaving the car at home.
- Take BART if you can. The City says St. Pat's Row is about a five-minute walk from West Dublin/Pleasanton BART. It warns that street parking in this part of Downtown Dublin will be limited and suggests rideshare, biking, walking or transit. Pleasanton Weekly passed along the same parking warning when the series came back.
- Dress for the weather. The City's vendor guidelines call the market rain or shine. Mid-November evenings get cool once the sun goes down, and the market runs well into the dark.
- Hit the street first. The vendors are only there for four hours, and only this one night. The food hall will be there next week.
- Save the late stop for next door. If the reported 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. hours still hold, H Mart stays open an hour after the market closes. That gives you time for a Tous Les Jours pastry or a grocery run before heading home.
After St. Patrick Way Reopens
Once the market wraps up, Dublin's holiday calendar moves to the Senior Center and Civic Center. One event comes before the finale:
- Holiday Craft Boutique: Saturday, Nov. 7, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Dublin Senior Center, 7600 Amador Valley Blvd., with locally made crafts and gifts.
The rest follow it:
- Holiday Tree Lighting: Thursday, Dec. 3, Dublin Civic Center, per the City's 2026–27 Fall/Winter guide. A start time hasn't been posted yet.
- Holiday DanceScape: Friday, Dec. 4, 6 to 9 p.m., Dublin Senior Center, with live music by the Cool Tones Band.
- Golden Follies Holiday Performance: Saturday, Dec. 19, 1 to 4 p.m., Dublin Senior Center, $15 per person.
The Nov. 7 boutique and the Nov. 13 market land six days apart, so you get two shots at handmade gifts before Thanksgiving. Check the City's Night Market page before you head out in case anything changes.
New anchors like H Mart change how people use a block, and that's the kind of local detail Valerie Vicente follows across Dublin and the Tri-Valley.
